In this weekend’s Trifecta challenge, we were asked to write 33 words about a particular photo. I decided to explore how a supervillain might celebrate the holiday. Or, you know, not.

“”But it’s St. Patrick’s Day,” the minion protested. “Wouldn’t a Creeping Green Death Mist be more appropriate? Thunderdomestic painted the Kaboominator green-”

Winter Banshee’s voice was cold as ever. “I don’t like green.”

  1. saved by the hatred of the colour green!

  2. Everyone likes green! Come on! lol Cute piece!

    • I like green myself. I like red or grey more, but still, I’m certainly more appreciative of it than Winter Banshee. lol.

  3. Lol! Love this! Funny and creative – great character names!

    • The best part about writing superheroes or supervillains: definitely the names.

  4. Ha! Perfect. I started to smile the minute I hit the word ‘minion.’

  5. there’s that kaboominator again. 🙂

  6. This is hilarious, creative and very clever! Nice work 🙂 !

  7. That final line made me giggle. This was great. 😀

  8. Love this! Very good

  9. lol Bad guys with senses of humor. [and green RULES!]
